Extend an iconic coffee shop’s brand experience online with compelling content and engaging design

Dunn Brothers needed to update their digital presence and their infrastructure to ensure performance, ease of use, and scalability. Clockwork engaged with Dunn Brothers to replatform and redesign their site to deliver a rich, human-centered experience with a focus on design and content.

What we did

  • Migrated the website to a WordPress on Pantheon site to improve stability and reliability
  • Built a voice and tone style guide for franchise owners to maintain brand quality and consistency
  • Integrated location search (in collaboration with Yext), rewards, nutrition (NutritionIX), and online ordering to give visitors what they want, when they want it
  • Created a robust content strategy and copywriting to ensure that the Dunn Brothers’ brand promise stands out
