The challenge

Design a new website that supports and integrates with content management and marketing automation.

Spok helps healthcare teams with smarter, faster clinical communications. They wanted to update their website strategy, architecture, and design while enabling teams to easily manage content updates. It was also important to update their marketing automation tools and migrate to a new platform.

  • Provided direction on content strategy and technical approach
  • Aligned marketing and IT stakeholders on a decision for a hosting provider subject to specific security constraints
  • Migrated email platform from Salesforce Pardot to Hubspot
  • Designed a new customer-centric digital experience that drives lead conversion
  • Translated the new brand into the digital space while leveraging Drupal’s functionality, including content and data modeling. 
  • Engaged back-end engineering to ensure that the high-resolution architectural and construction photography renders properly across all display breakpoints.
