The challenge

Update the user interface for an enterprise AI solution to make the latest generation easier to use and engage with.

Lucy is an enterprise AI solution that integrates with enterprise applications and provides a single place for employees to find documents, access assets, ask questions, and consolidate data. With an updated version of the solution, they wanted to introduce a more intuitive, user-friendly experience for all users.

What we did

• Designed new product layouts to solve complex data interactions that simplify and encourage user engagement with core AI features.
• Devised new user interface systems to help users find and organize relevant content for themselves and their teams.
• Collaborated with the client development team to produce polished, high-fidelity prototypes ready for code implementation.

Outcomes

Lucy 4 debuted a fresh iteration of the product UI designed in collaboration with Clockwork.
