Coming together as Clockwork

Just last week, the entire Clockwork team came together in person. For some of us, it was a long-awaited reunion. For others, it was the first time meeting face-to-face after collaborating virtually for months.

We shared meals. We sang karaoke and did a scavenger hunt across the Twin Cities. We solved real problems together. And in between all that, we had the kinds of conversations that remind you just how much a team can care about each other and about the work they do.

That gathering didn’t just feel good. It reinforced the very things that earned us this recognition in the first place.
