Building scalable infrastructure to maintain uptime during traffic spikes. Streamlining code entry workflows to enhance user experience.
The Minnesota State Lottery has a demanding and diverse set of technology needs and operates in a highly regulated industry. Their business revolves around high-traffic peak events and subsequent highly interactive follow-up traffic. Performance and custom software are key to both their business success and their customer experience.
The Lottery needed a technology partner who could ensure stable and consistent uptime during high demand with precise execution. They wanted to reduce their reliance on developers to execute every Second Chance contest so they could operate more quickly and independently.
